Snoop Dogg Getting High Smoking a Chronic Blunt

I ran into Snoop at a party and he was as high as the sky. He was drinking and smoking all night and when I asked to take a pic he was still smoking on his blunt and wasn’t even trying to hide it. I must say he really is a funny dude and wasn’t too cool to kick it like some of the other celebrities I met.
