Johnny Depp just did a wild photoshoot for “Vanity Fair” where he made a comment that was a little too much…
This is what he said about the shoot:
“Well, you just feel like you’re being raped somehow. Raped … It feels like a kind of weird — just weird, man. But whenever you have a photo shoot or something like that, it’s like — you just feel dumb. It’s just so stupid.”
Johnny realized that what he said might have been just a LITTLE offensive. So he wrote to the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network.
Here’s what the letter said:
“I am truly sorry for offending anyone in any way. I never meant to. It was a poor choice of words on my part in an effort to explain a feeling. I understand there is no comparison and I am very regretful. In an effort to correct my lack of judgment, please accept my heartfelt apology. Sincerely, Johnny Depp.”
That was probably called for since you can’t really compare a photoshoot to rape. And neither should Kristin Stewart when she gave a comment like that and apologized for it.
At least Johnny was being sincere.
Just don’t say anything like that again!
