STARZUNCUT FAN: There has been rumor going around that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are engaged.
Last night she was spotted in Phoenix wearing a diamond ring on her finger at a charity event. She also tweeted a picture of the ring but made no reference on if she is indeed engaged.
