The estate of Chris Baker, Travis Barker’s former assistant and good friend who died in the 2008 plane crash, has settled the wrongful death lawsuit for millions of dollars.
Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Learjet and the other defendants have paid a total of $4,375,000 to settle with Chris’ son, 3-year-old Sebastian, according to legal documents TMZ obtained.
Otilia Villar Baker, Chris’ widow, settled for a total of $7,625,000.
According to the documents, the $4.375 million will be used to purchase annuities for Sebastian, paying him $17,404,456.40 over the course of his life. -OK Magazine

After two delays in the past month, Lil Wayne finally began serving the one-year jail sentence stemming from his infamous 2007 arrest for gun possession. Michael Jackson received the fatal dose of Propofol through an IV in his leg, and law enforcement believes Dr. Conrad Murray may have tried covering it up … this according to law enforcement sources and an anesthesiologist who reviewed the case for the LAPD.

Travis Barker got into a heated argument with paparazzi outside a restaurant in Calabasas and cops took a report … sources tell TMZ.
We’re told it happened as Travis and some of his friends were on their way out of the restaurant. The agency involved claims their guys did nothing to provoke the incident — and that Barker had a run-in with two other photogs on the way in.
Cops were able to confirm they were called to the location, but wouldn’t confirm Barker was involved. There were no arrests made, but a vandalism report was taken. -TMZ
Good for you Travis! Paps are scumbags that stalk celebrities all the time.
