Jon Gosselin Trying To Close The Chapter With TLC

Jon Gosselin and TLC have buried their litigation hatchet for now.
His attorney Mark Heller released a statement to RadarOnline.com regarding the news that Gosselin and the network have finally reached s settlement in their bitter lawsuit.
“Jon has expressed his desire to close the litigation chapter of Jon & Kate Plus 8 and although all terms are confidential, he is hopeful that TLC will move forward with the best interests of the Gosselin family,” the statement read.
“Sometimes litigants that kiss and make up find their relationship is better the second time around. As Jon’s attorney I truly hope that this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey.” -RadarOnline
We would be surprised if Jon ever appears on TLC again. He certainly is not the family man that he used to be.

Obsessed Audrina Fan Gets 36 Months Probation

An obsessed fan of Audrina Patridge received the best gift of all this holiday season … community service (his other options were a lot worse).Zachory Loring was sentenced to 30 days community service after pleading guilty to one count of vandalism for defacing an electrical box in Los Angeles. He was also charged with carrying a switchblade, but that count was dropped as part of the plea deal.
The court case is not connected to another legal problem facing Loring — allegedly harassing Audrina. She obtained a restraining order against him after he allegedly showed up to her house and sent her creepy letters and drawings.
Loring was placed on 36 months probation and can’t possess deadly weapons, aerosol paint containers, felt tip markers or indelible ink markers. He can carry a pencil. -TMZ
I guess peace of mind is something worth celebrating

Another Hills romance coming to an end!
Sources close to Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole say the couple has decided to part ways after 15 months together. Jayde hinted to the split on her Twitter last Friday when she wrote:
“‘Sometimes when you truly love someone you have to let them go…..’ I never really understood that quote until now.”
She didn’t spend that much time mourning over her breakup as sources saw her partying it up with friends in West Hollywood the night before. -PerezHilton.com

Possible stalkers, take heed — Ryan Sheckler’s teenage brother will open up a can of whoop ass if you get too close to his star bro.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Shane Sheckler got into an altercation with a middle-aged guy who kept showing up at the family home. We’re told the guy was turned away once by Ryan’s mom, but showed up again late Saturday night.The middle Sheckler bro returned home at around 11:00 PM and encountered the alleged intruder and the two of them got into it. By the time cops arrived, we’re told they found the alleged intruder in the street nursing wounds from the altercation.
The alleged intruder was taken to the hospital. He has not been charged yet — but we’re told he probably will be once he leaves the hospital. -TMZ
Sheckler obviously isn’t to concerned, Seen here getting close to a girl twice his age!
