Believe it or not, Heidi Montag isn’t through with plastic surgery.

The reality star revealed to People.com that she’ll be getting more nips and tucks “eventually … for maintenance.”

Until then, Montag says she is ready to show the world her newly enhanced assets in a second round for Playboy magazine.

Following her cover shoot for the nudie mag last September, the 23-year-old starlet confirmed to RaddarOnline.com that the second shoot will be “soon, very soon.”

“I cannot wait to show off my new assets,” the famously altered star of MTV’s “The Hills” said. “I’m very excited.”

Of those assets, she told People she’s most proud of her new chin.

“My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about,” she revealed.

However, Montag admits she is less than entirely thrilled with another body part. -NYDailyNews
