Supermodel Naomi Campbell has been exonerated in the latest abuse accusation
against her, sort of.
A NYC driver, Miodrag Mejdina, who claimed Naomi slapped and punched him while she was in his car , has decided not to press charges, Us Magazine reports.
Through his lawyer, Mejdina told the Associated Press that he “got angry and overreacted” and was sorry he called the cops. Mejdina continued, “This whole thing has been blown out of proportion and I apologize to Ms. Campbell for causing that to happen.” -extra
Hotheaded model Naomi Campbell allegedly went nuclear on her driver today in New York City and beat the mess out of him while he was behind the wheel … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Sources say Naomi’s driver called 911 at around 3 PM ET, claiming the model was assaulting him from the backseat as they were driving through Manhattan.We’re told Naomi took off after the guy made the call — and he was later treated at the police station for bumps, bruises and neck pain.
Our sources say cops haven’t reached Naomi yet about the alleged incident … but we’re told her assistant may be down at the precinct right now. -TMZ
Tila Tequila made a call to paramedics last night after she fell off her chair and “dented” her head — her words, not ours.
Since Tila tweets her every moment, she provided her own play-by-play of the accident. Tila first said she fell off her chair and “slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. theres a dent in it now!”Shortly thereafter, Tila recalled the tragic of events of Natasha Richardson (but not her name) when she tweeted: “I should call the ambulance just in case? like that one actress that died cuz she hit her head &thought she was ok but died later..pray 4 me.”
Tila’s next entry: “Ambulance on the way to my house. I could have a brain concussion and die in a few hours.”
Tila’s agent provided the final tweet of the night, saying Tila suffered a concussion and wouldn’t be able to tweet any further updates. Tila was released from the hospital and returned home last night. -TMZ
